Corn Chowder

4 cups potatoes, cubed
1 onion, sliced
3 cups boiling water
1 TBS flour
1 tsp salt
1 TBS butter
4 cups scalded milk
1 can corn

Cook potato and onion under tender. Drain and save liquid to add to milk. Melt butter. Add flour and salt. Gradually add milk and vegetable water. Bring to boil and add vegetables.
