Yorkshire Pudding

4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt

Beat eggs. Add milk gradually. Continue to beat mixture as you add flour. Add salt.

Grease muffin tin. Add extra shortening to the bottom of each tin cup. Head in 450 F oven until shortening is hot.

Add batter until cups are about 3/4 full. Bake for about 12 minutes.

Serve with gravy or brown sugar and butter.

This was my mother’s recipe. Always had it with roast beef.
